Chesapeake Science Point (CSP), one of the fastest growing areas of Anne Arundel County, is not only one of the most successful public schools in the county but also one of the most accomplished charter schools in Maryland. We boast a Robotics Team now on a seventeen-in-a-row win streak, offer our high school pupils an early college program, and have been consistently and considerably higher than our county and State averages on standardized assessments. Each year our students are challenged to excel and go above and beyond by the rigorous and inquiry-based lesson that many teachers such as myself have lead. To continue to do my part in engaging students throughout the STEM fields, I need the donations and community partnerships. I feel that in education the most successful approach is to foster the partnership between the school, students, parents/guardians, and community. Thank you.
