The materials I am requesting - a new rug and cozy chairs, will be housed in our classroom library. The goal of this project is to provide a warm, comfortable place for my students to pick out a good book, read and relax. I want the library to feel more home like while they are getting lost in a book or while they are collaboratively working with a partner. I don't have a huge library, but thankfully we have an abundance of books of different genres for my students to enjoy. A new clean rug and comfy chairs would be the icing on the cake.

About my class
