My kindergarten students would greatly benefit from materials they can use in the dramatic play area of our classroom. By manipulating toys such as food and kitchen items, they are learning to take care of each other and learn through play. These items already have the perfect home, I just need help getting them there!
This year I started in a completely new grade, and an empty classroom; While trying to provide all of the necessary items for the students, we need more help with organizing our personal items.
My students would use the pocket chart as their personal mailboxes to hold all of their items. Making transitions between activities run smoothly so they can avoid visiting their backpacks throughout the day.
Behavior management is always a difficult but vital part of daily learning. The behavior pocket chart is a simple way for students to visually manage their choices throughout the school day to create a better learning environment for everyone!
