The statistics and stories I have heard for the past five years I have been teaching 100% Native Alaskan students are a bit scary. Based on statistics, Native Alaskan families depend heavily on the Permanent Fund Dividend (PFD) money the state of Alaska pays to its residents. I would like to provide my students with the information from Dave Ramsey's Finance Curriculum to give them some information on budgeting. This will allow my students to become better stewards with their money so they do not have to go into debt like most Americans. Please help us achieve a better, financially responsible way of life.

About my class
