By supporting my project, you are providing "owl pellets" to 100 students at a Title I elementary school. Owl pellets are regurgitated, undigested masses of fur, bones and plant matter: Gross, but educational!
Hands-on activities are fun, impactful, and unforgettable! Students will first discover the food chain and how lifeforms support each other. Next, we learn about the unique digestion process of one of nature's greatest predators: the Owl!
Finally, each student receives her own owl pellet (thanks to you!), which she can then dissect, catalog and analyze! What does an owl's diet look like? Now we know! Thank you!
