In May, I graduated from Temple University. This August, I started teaching in Philadelphia. Since this is my first year, it has been financially draining to supply my 23 students with all of the tools they deserve. Many of my students live in households that need to prioritize buying necessities over school supplies.
It is up to me, with your help, to make sure my fourth grade has the same opportunities and supplies that all students deserve.
Simple supplies like scissors, white boards, construction paper, and bins to hold our classroom library books are among the items on our Donors Choose! We can start making that happen by getting them some basic classroom amenities. My students and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
