Students love flexible seating options, they tend to be move focused and move around less since they are comfortable. This leads to move work being produced in the classroom.
Unfortunately, we need more flexible seating options in my room for our students. This will make students excited to come in and have a comfortable place to sit and learn.
The students who struggle with ADHD also get the opportunity to move around in their seats while still learning as some of the flexible seating allows them to move without actually getting up and leaving their seats. These seats help to motivate students to sit down and focus on learning while also allowing them to feel comfortable. The students sit in their seats during reading, writing, math, science and social studies so they will get a lot of use!
