The students next year will be a part of the 4th grade team that will have to share 25 laptops among 100 students on a daily basis. These resources are old, charge poorly and at times don’t even work. I am asking that you help them achieve their learning targets with ease. I propose that the students will use the Samsung Galaxy tablets in small learning groups on a daily basis with math curriculum programs that will track their math progress weekly, and their core knowledge and understanding. I will analyze the data using the math program to see how I can help my students grow in their understanding of the topics. I would also use the tablets in a small group setting to add enrichment to the rich literature that the students will be exposed to. Exploring the World Wide Web topics of curriculum would assist in the rigor and understanding of the students. In a world that is technology based I am asking that you help my students navigate the way to achieve their dreams.
