Students are interested in technology. Learning can be fun using technology. However, many of these pre-kindergarten and kindergarten students do not have personal access. The five classes that i visit weekly have about 16 students each. The classrooms have computers for the teachers but students have no access. Each child will have the chance to individualized access through small group sessions. I will have per-selected educational stories, songs, and/or games. Students will also be able to earn additional time (beginning or end of day) by following rules and demonstrating good manners and behavior. Students with disabilities are the focus, but all students will have an opportunity to access these tablets.
