Help give my students supplies for a new classroom library to inspire the joy of reading at an early age. Students will benefit from two cosy chairs to read in, some colorful rugs to spice up the reading corner, and books that educate kids about STEM topics (science, technology, engineering and math).
I will organize our library so that students have access to leveled books, books by genre, as well as age-appropriate picture books that kindergarteners love to read. A second section of our new library will feature STEM building materials like blocks, legos, and tangrams.
