Despite living in low-income homes, our students are dedicated to their education. I'm certain that these interactive notebooks not only will bring academic knowledge but also will serve as portfolios where they can showcase their hard work. This student-centered project involves a dynamic classroom approach in which it is believed that students acquire a deeper knowledge through active exploration of the language patterns. Students learn about language by responding to complex questions, challenges or problems. The students take advantage of these interactive notebooks to create high-quality projects. These interactive notebooks will focus on the students' ability to drive, passion, creativity, and resiliency so much needed for this ever-changing world.
