Time for Kids is a weekly magazine that explains current event issues happening around the world in an age-appropriate and exciting manner for kids. With so much going on in the world right now, it is important for students to make sense of it all. Students will be able to use these articles to enhance their reading, writing, and critical thinking skills. These high-instructional materials are also aligned to Common Core and state standards.
Time for Kids subscriptions come in digital form so whether students are choosing in-person or distance learning, they will still have access to all the material. Students will be able to submit their work digitally. Also, with limited variety in our classroom library and limited personal reading materials, students will be able to bring these home and do their reading/writing activity without worrying that they don’t have a book.
