My school is located in a multicultural area of Philadelphia.
A percentage of students are learning to speak English for the first time. It is a low-income area of the city and students often come to school with little to no resources provided by the school district. However, my students never see that as a barrier to their learning and are always motivated to do their best.
Printing it Up!
My students need a color printer to print certificates, writings, and projects created during online learning,
My Project
I will use this color printer to have students print things that they complete during online learning. This includes certificates for our reading and math programs, writings, and other visual arts projects.
Students will be able to complete a project online and print it instantly!
Students will be able to write a story, add illustrations, and instantly print what they created. They will then be able to share it with classmates and develop a true love for writing and the publishing process.
When students complete a level on the online reading and math programs they will be able to print their level completion certificates right away to take home and share with their families. They will be so excited to take them home.
Getting a classroom printer will truly enhance the classroom learning environment!
