Providing my students with flexible seating will show them that reading isn't just done in classroom desks. Reading can be enjoyable and fun. I see my students getting comfortable with their books, and connecting with their characters. Additionally, flexible seating allows for collaborative learning, which is crucial in society today. I love having periodic game days! Sometimes we need to just enjoy being a team. Playing board games teaches my students how to socialize, follow social norms, and learn how to interact appropriately. Providing games for me and my students will help us to bond, which helps them academically by fostering a level of trust within the group.

About my class
