The use of technology and tactile objects help break barriers for students with disabilities. Technology itself provides students access to relevant educational programs. Students can become more independent and successful while enhancing learning in the classroom. Tablets will help facilitate learning and will be used as a tool whether they be used independently, one on one, or with a small group. Tactile and sensory items will help students with sensory needs or to improve concentration. Some students engage cognitively and physically by stimulating one of the five senses to improve concentration. Technology, tactile objects and fun can help my students be successful in the classroom!
