Do you remember gathering together as a classroom community as a child? It is one of the most important times of the day for a student! I want to create a special place in my classroom where students can gather together and feel welcomed, included, challenged, and accepted. A new classroom easel and magnetic supplies will do just that! These items will allow us to follow the "I do, we do, you do model" in our classroom. I will use these items to teach a lesson during the "I do" portion of the lesson. Students will then be able to use these items interactively and collaboratively with one another during the "we do" portion of a lesson.
My students are a group of creative, thoughtful, and inquisitive learners who absolutely love hands-on and engaging learning.
