Document cameras are wonderful tools for modeling concepts. I will use this tool to project visuals for my students to see when introducing new ELA, writing, and Social Studies concepts. My students are most successful when able to visualize modeling. A document camera will be a wonderful support for engaging students in discussion and will help with maintaining student attention when teaching difficult concepts. It can be difficult to model for the whole group so that all students can see. Having a document camera will provide greater opportunities for student success! Our students benefit greatly from multi-sensory approaches, and a document camera will help support this type of instruction.
