This year, I am trying to promote loving to read. Did you know that most students only read the books that are assigned. This year, I am trying to add lots of books to our class library. Why, you ask?...because if we have tons of books for them to choose from and we allow them to read books on their interest level,..Guess what will happen?...Yes, it will promote a love of reading. With a love for reading comes more reading, When students read more they grow...They grow in knowledge. Books can take you to faraway places, connect you with pirates, historical figures, mighty warriors, as well as peacemakers. There are books that teach how to make things, operate things. Oh my goodness. Help me get more books in this classroom. Donate today!!!
