We've just received one to one computers for my classroom. We are incorporating the use of technology in the classroom. A few ways I am using the computers in my classroom is through listening comprehension testing, computer rotations during math and reader's workshop computer rotations.
I am in the need of a classroom set of headphones. Headphones are essential to students being able to work independently during computer rotations and during listening comprehension testing.
In math computer rotation, there are video tutorials to teach a math concept when a student miss a problem on the program they are using (Moby Max). Headphones would benefit them so other students are not distracted by the person talking on the videos.
In reading computer rotation, they listen to a book being read to them. At the end of the book they answers question related to the book.
These are just a few ways I am starting with integrating technology in my classroom and would work best with headphones!
