I would like to teach responsibility and empathy through learning how to care for a small animal. I don't want the cost of a hutch and bunny supplies to be a barrier for students.
Students who earn bunnies will have a connection to high school through their FFA projects.
FFA makes a difference in the lives of students by providing opportunities for premier leadership, Personal Growth, and career success through Agricultural Education.
This is an amazing opportunity for personal growth as well as giving students a sense of accomplishment and belonging. Students will complete a series of challenges to earn the right to take a bunny home. Bunnies and materials will be given back to the school for other students to use at the completion of the project.
