I have carefully chosen items that will help our classroom be as functional as possible with all of the recent changes in our education world. I added items like laminating pouches and a bulk order of dry erase markers so that I can have reusable items and less waste. We have many restrictions that do not allow the sharing of items or supplies. This list, with dry erase boards, markers, a prize wheel, crayons, fidget bands, and pencils will help create individual work baskets for each student.
Fostering an environment full of love and acceptance is my goal! This year has been very challenging for many of my students and their families. I want to welcome them back with open arms, from 6ft away, and without worry! Having their own supplies will set them up and will help make them feel more comfortable and the least amount of change, whether the students are in the classroom or at home. Our lessons will be conducted at individuals desks and through some virtual learning. We have created a family in our classroom and I want to start off on the right foot to continue on that path, even through these tough times.
