I could be biased, but one of the absolute BEST holidays in France is La Chandeleur. Honestly...if it involves crêpes, I'm there. I would love to continue a tradition of celebrating La Chandeleur with my upper level French students as it coincides with our unit of holidays and celebrations around the Francophone world. Legend has it that if you flip your crêpe successfully in the pan, you'll have a good year! Our celebration helps students get through the slow-down of second semester and gives them authentic experience of a true French holiday! You donation would allow be to purchase two crêpe pans that will be used for years to come for an authentic and unforgettable experience.
