The materials I have chosen are designed to help children with ASD progress both socially and academically. The board games allow students to practice social interaction in a supportive, structured environment so they can build their skills toward independent social communication with their peers. Various materials will help my students to accurately identify their emotions and learn appropriate strategies to deal with them. The academic materials I have selected are designed specifically for children with ASD to address their specific learning needs. All of the selected materials will help my students grow in confidence and ability. I can't wait to see my students learn these skills.
