Makey Makey is a toy that teaches! It's designed to connect everyday objects to computer keys. Using a circuit board, alligator clips, and a USB cable, the toy uses closed loop electrical signals to send the computer either a keyboard stroke or mouse click signal. Imagine building a piano out of bananas! My students will get a chance to do just that as well as build light up paper circuits, create game controllers, invent musical instruments, and make voting machines This is a great way for students to understand how circuits work!
