These new computers will allow students to access real-world data and analyze it. Our school has data collection devices but the computers we currently have are too old to run them on. New computers will allow students to participate in real-world science and hopefully inspire them to become citizen scientists. With all the information available to students today, it is critically important that they understand how to sift through the nonsense and get to the good information. These computers will make a start in that by teaching them how to read and use data.

About my class
