My students need a variety of seating options to create an engaging environment that will support the individual and diverse needs of my students.
Mrs. Gotwald and I have 22 diverse students in each of our classes. Our students are enthusiastic about learning and work hard to perform to the best of their abilities. During the day, our students participate in large group, small group, individualized work, reading and math centers. During these times the students are held accountable to complete their tasks. To aid the students in being focused and engaged, we give them a variety of learning supplies to allow them to find their comfort zone in learning. This includes, comfortable positioning to promote an environment that the students feel relaxed and engaged.
Our students are very enthusiastic to have ownership of their individualized learning atmosphere.
