Flexible seating is something that I decided to give a full effort to two years ago. The students I had that year loved the way they could choose what worked best for them on a daily basis. I am now moving grade levels and my current seating choices are not going to fit those students. That's right, I get the amazing opportunity to teach the same group of children again!
Flexible seating gives kids the power to choose how they learn best! They know better than anyone which seating options work for them. I love the idea that they get to choose daily where they want to sit.
This group of students is amazing and brought lots of smiles to my face two years ago, but now they have grown and the seating choices will not all work with how much they have grown and the new space we will be in.
