One of the most crucial tools I need for education is the ability to have mobile organization. This will ensure effective instruction with a push-in model of reading intervention for the 2020-2021 school year.
I am also seeking support to diversify my library and students' access to multicultural text at their reading levels. The only way to improve equitable education is to provide relevant resources for students to dive deeper into their history and their future! My students come from very diverse backgrounds and should be represented in everyday text and rich story-telling literature. I hope to open all minds through reading and empower student growth.
