I am requesting sight word activity journals, My Feelings journals and phonics journals tools that my students need to succeed in reading. I work at a Title I school with a large turn over. Many of my students are English language learners. I want to use these books as resources to help them read.
Many of my students come from households where parents do not speak English or their parents did not complete school. These journals will provide my students extra help and practice with learning English.
I have seem growth and improvement in my students who are English language learners when I send home items that not only help them learning it also helps their parents. These books will help my students learn to read.
