All of my students want to be successful learners, but sometimes lack basic materials to do so. The essential supplies being requested are everyday items that we normally use in our classroom every day. The items are the "tools" that we typically go through quickly throughout each school year, especially this year, with students working from home and virtually.
With Covid-19, a majority of my students do not have the needed supplies on hand while working at home. This alternating school/home learning has created a shortage of much needed supplies like sturdy folders, good quality pencils, and erasers.
