As we begin our running club, it is important to cover some of the very basics that my students need. We are excited to start learning about the impacts of running on short and long-term health. As we continue to learn and begin to run, it is clear that we do not have some of the basic attire and necessities.
This project is about giving girls the opportunity to run comfortably with the basic necessities that a girl needs. As we move into the longer phases of our training, I hope that we can do it with comfort and maybe even a little style. These materials will make more of a difference in these young ladies' lives than you can imagine. Thank you for your interest.
