Teaching students during the COVID-19 pandemic has been really tough. The right tools help enormously, and that is what this project is all about.
Students will learn in real-time from their teachers who use drawing pads and optimized headphones/microphones to communicate their lessons as if they were in the classroom. BASIS Tucson North teachers rely heavily on drawing, whiteboard communication and "cold-calling" to reach their students. These tools will enable them to that for our students who are all online. Students will be able to see teachers in real-time, teaching the best possible lessons, and then be able to access that material for further learning throughout the year. These are the best students you can ask for, and they deserve the best education we can give them.
