We are teaching simultaneously to brick and mortar students and distance learners. Having another platform besides my single teacher computer(which is a Microsoft platform)would open up countless opportunities to expand learning opportunities. Apple products have unique features unavailable on a Microsoft platform. Using an apple product students can tap into educational apps such as GeoGebra Classic, Educreations Whiteboard, and Keynote. Apps like Keynote allows a teacher to create, edit, and give engaging presentations straight from an iPad allowing me to reach all my students both in the classroom at home.
