My classroom is an emotional support classroom that is utilized by our special education population here at our schools. The classroom has great bones but adding the small touches will help; such as the bean bags for the carpet "calm down" area, the stools to go with our tall height tables, and the yoga ball chairs for helping students cope with what is going on throughout the day and find a good coping skill to use! The additional small fidget items will be added to our "calm down" area to give them more options and variety when they are in the classroom.

About my class
