Special education students and parents are concerned about the dire effects of COVID-19. As a result, they have chosen to stay home and learn virtually. In addition, many of them do not have the transportation to get to the school location. Virtual learning is the only safe and financially feasible option for them to learn. The monitor will help me remain efficient with teaching students virtually through Zoom videoconferencing or Microsoft Teams. The monitor will allow me to monitor their progress through formal and informal assessments, which helps me measure their progress and mastery of the learning standards.
