My kindergarten class is part of an urban Title 1 public school with 85% of the student population being economically disadvantaged, living in poverty, foster care, transitional housing, shared residence &/or having experienced childhood trauma or adverse childhood experiences. Approximately 1/3 of the students in my class are provided with special education services.
I strive to provide students with a safe, welcoming, and exciting learning experience for all that enter my classroom. By focusing on different learning styles, I can foster student growth and development to make them lifelong learners!
