When we transition into in-person learning, my students and I must stay six feet apart from each other at all times during in-person learning. There will be no partner work, no close interactions, no small group work. This is not an effective way to teach or learn for any child let alone a second grader.
With these partitions, my students and I will be able to be in close contact with each other and stay safe at the same time.
My students will be able to sit near their peers and have meaningful conversations around instruction, participate in workshop activities, and collaborate with each other.
