I will display the terms associated with the units we study in the front of the classroom and above the Mimio board. This visual will help students to associate the terms with the concepts and to visualize and remember how to apply them. For instance, in geometry we study transformations. The definition and illustration will help students to remember how to apply the concept of translation, rotation, reflection, and dilation. The charts will be like anchor charts to help students to remember and jumpstart their solutions to applied problems that they are assigned.
