As a first year teacher that just explored her first classroom, my room currently does not have any flexible seating options. I will be teaching young students, some with learning support and life skill needs. With that I am working to create a space for many different types of learners in my room at one time. So I will be using flexible seating and carpets to organize and separate my room for my students. My vision for my classroom will have a reading center, small group areas, and student freedom to move around in a space that is fit for them.
