My students have daily behavior charts that go with them wherever they go when they are in school. Based on my previous experience as a long-term sub for an emotional support classroom, these students love to work for things, class store, an extra break, maybe a snack. I would like to offer the Flexible Friday seating incentive. This incentive would be based on students making great choices throughout the week and on Friday they don't need to sit in boring chairs, they can sit in the flexible seating choice when they work in my classroom.
