With these supplies, I will create morning tubs where students will manipulate different manipulatives while working in a small group with other students. These materials will help our students to think outside of the box and use their imagination to construct different creations. These morning tubs support inquiry-based learning because students will have to ask questions and use their curiosity to discover how best to use the manipulatives. These building blocks, pegs, and discs will be used to help kindergarteners to learn through play while building positive social skills with their peers. These skills are among the most important skills in Kindergarten.
