I am a first year teacher and have limited access to classroom tools. These materials will provide hands-on learning opportunities for my students. In my special education classroom, I lesson plan for students at three significantly different learning levels but they all benefit from hands-on activities for phonics and math.
These tools will help me to build task boxes tailored to those three levels for my students to practice independently on their learning goals. Items such as the noise-cancelling headphones will help my students who experience sensory overload. The bean bags will allow for flexible seating when completing independent reading. Lastly, the Teachers Pay Teachers gift card gives me access to teacher-made materials that support not only my students but the teachers who created them.
