Having activity tables in my room will allow students to collaborate. Group activities support critical thinking skills, improve social skills, exposure to new ideas, discussions, and teamwork. Within my classroom, I want to create an atmosphere of collaboration and creativity.
Working together allows students to build on the talents of their peers.
As the old saying goes "Two heads are better than one"; I am a firm believer in that. Activity tables give groups adequate space to work on projects and to be creative. These tables are an essential part of creating our collaborative and creative environment this school year.
