It has been proven, the more you read aloud to a child, the more successful they are. It gets them excited about reading, and they hear different tones and speeds. By listening to these things, it teaches them to read with expression. Help me surround my students with even more great examples of reading. With this technology, they’ll be able to easily (and without help) scan QR codes to access numerous read alouds for them to listen to. They will also be able to record themselves reading aloud and send that QR code to others for them to hear. These will be used at school.
