I am requesting markers, tape, tempera paint, crayons, glue, watercolor paint and chalk. By funding this project you will help build the children's natural sense of wonder, creativity, and expression. These items help children gain confidence in themselves. The goal isn't a cookie cutter craft, but the process of how art allows us to express our thoughts and feelings in many different ways.
With these resources my students will create and name new and exciting paint colors, crush chalk into powder, explore lines with markers and crayons. These are only a few exciting ways to explore art in preschool.
Art is open ended, unique and personal to us all. Thank you!
