The materials requested will help students explore concepts in social studies. Having students engage in project based learning (PBL) creates a more student centered classroom.
Students will use the large post it pads and markers to work together in groups to create posters on Ancient civilizations. Each group will dedicate a poster to a different civilization and hang them on the wall. Students will complete a gallery walk taking notes on the similarities and differences of each civilization.
I will use the external hard drive to store all of my teaching materials in one central location. To help create and improve my curriculum and store student examples. The presenter will allow me to move freely among the students and create a better learning environment.
