This project is to give my special needs students a more culturally responsive library in their classroom. I have chosen a selection of books that I want to read as class novels with my students this year. Our classroom library is not very plentiful and I wanted to get books that are going to grab their attention and they would be able to relate to them. Students will engage in lively activities and discussions centered around each book that we read. This is to get them more interested in the books that we read and get them more interested in reading.
