My students spend time each day working on an app that furthers their learning. While students are working independently, I use the time to pull small reading groups. This allows me to personalize learning for my students. As of now, we do not have enough headphones for the class and the ones we do have are broken. This makes it hard for me to teach my small groups and it makes it difficult for my students to focus. Having a class set of working headphones would be monumental in helping my students succeed.
