This year, I am focused on incorporating literacy into my visual art curriculum. Art related stories, whether its art history or just beautiful illustration, could be a wonderful source of inspiration and add depth to our lessons. There are so many great choices for young readers, and since we do not have a school library, I would like to provide a collection of books in my room. Books helped shape my imagination as a young reader, and I would love the chance to provide that opportunity for my students. Thanks!
