My students have been through so much this year. Their first teacher passed away and have had many teachers give up on them since that time. I am taking over their class for the remainder of the year and made a promise to be their forever teacher. They are craving lots of love and their first request was to make their classroom feel special with colorful posters, pictures, and a new calendar. They are nervous but excited to start their new journey with me and this project would be the beginning of their fresh start.
